Welcome to the UIW Libraries @ CIW / Bajio LibGuide.  Consider this the official information and access page for licensed digital resources provided by the UIW Libraries.  You have additional resources provided by your CIW and Bajio Libraries which are accessible through their ports.  UIW currently enrolled students and employees will be able to authenticate into these licensed resources from your home, your office, or anywhere with your UIW credentials and access to the Internet.  The resources that are accessible are listed below in the Find Research Resources Box.  Librarians are excited about helping you with your research and information needs.  We like being a part of your journey to becoming a life-long learner!

Find Research Resources

Off-Campus Access

  • UIW students, faculty, and staff have access to ALL electronic resources from off-campus or at international locations.
     
  • When accessing materials via the UIW Libraries @ CIW-Bajio site, you will be prompted to verify that you are a current UIW student or  faculty by signing in with your UIW username (e-mail address) and password (domestic PIDM):

  • After signing in, you will have access to all UIW-only resources and other online content until your Web browser session is ended.
     
  • UIW Libraries online resources may be accessed after signing in to an on-campus computer or device connected to the UIW network without additional user verification.|
