Description:
Series IX consists of 1.5 ft. of dietetic and military publications related to the work and research of Air Force dietitians. A majority of the publications are selected military and dietetic journals, principally the Medical Service Digest. Also included are booklets and brochures on the history of the Air Force, Masters theses and PhD dissertations related to dietetics and nutrition, and 2 documentary films on videocassette on the role and history of women in the armed forces.
