Series VIII includes ~2 ft. of manuscript material, photographs, slides, DVDs, and videocassettes documenting the creation and annual meetings of the Retired Air Force Dietitians Association. The series consists of bylaws of the RAFDA, programs and photographs of the annual meeting, newsletters, videotapes oral history interviews with prominent dietitians, and book and video versions of 50 years of Air Force Dietitians produced by the RAFDA.
