Are you required to use Excel, Word, or PowerPoint for a paper or presentation? Do you feel comfortable using these applications?

If not, consider visiting the Microsoft Office website. The site contains a plethora of information on their products including how-to documents,  templates, webcasts, training videos and more.

Recommended Books

Mabee Library has a wide selection of books on writing:  writing theses, writing disserations, writing proposals, writing presentations, writing term papers, technical writing, and writing for publication in various fields.  Be sure to search for books like these that will answer your questions and aid your writing choices.
