From the UIW Libraries' homepage, use the Books+ tab to search for a title, a subject, or an author.
Use the "Resource Type" filter on the left to find only eBooks or Streaming Videos, for example. You will need to use your usual UIW credentials to view these resources if you are off-campus.
Browse, Boolean, and Persistence
Browse through the results to find more keywords - keep them for later or add them to your search. Use Boolean operators (and, or, not) to combine your ideas together. Searching takes time and multiple searches in order to find the right materials. If you're still stuck, contact us.
The book catalog includes a browse feature. Follow these steps to access it.
When you find a title that interests you, click the title link for the book.
The complete record for the book appears. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
The Virtual Browse feature allows you to see your book (in the middle of the section) and the books that lie on either side of it. Use the forward and back arrows to view additional items.
