This process can be used to voice complaints and to provide constructive feedback for all UIW Libraries. Many complaints can be managed informally by visiting a library service point and speaking with a manager or a librarian. This course of action is immediate and resolves most issues.
To document a formal complaint, please read the following instructions.
1. Submit your complaint using the Feedback form on this page. You must provide us with a UIW email address to receive a reply.
2. UIW Libraries will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 2 business days and forward it to the appropriate department or staff member for resolution.
3. The person or department responding to the complaint will do so within 5 business days. Note: some issues may take more or less time to resolve.
4. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can request a meeting with the Director of Public Services within 5 days of receipt of the resolution.
