FYES 1211 - First-Year Experience: Physical Wellness

The Wellness Center houses a Cardiovascular and aerobic exercise room; Strength training room with machines, free weights and training bumpers plates; 3 Racquetball courts; Indoor regulation size basketball court; and Group Exercise classes.

The Natatorium houses a 25 meter by 25 yard pool; Extended Hours of Operation; Lap lanes during all hours of operation; Lap swimming equipment; Water aerobic and swim classes during the week; Water aerobic equipment. The temperature is controlled at 80-82 degrees year-round.
